You are also expected to develop questionnaires.
You are expected to work directly with and manage internal and external human checkers.What we're looking for:- Passion for storytelling and story quality
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Comfortable coordinating internal reviewers and external contractors
- Ability to turn subjective goals (fun, enjoyment, engagement) into clear questionnaires and rubrics
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable enforcing quality standards and giving direct feedbackNice to have:- Experience in management of large decentralized teams
- Experience in creating questionnaires for subjective experiencesYour responsibilities:- Manage reviewer workflows, schedules, and throughput
- Create and iterate on questionnaires, rubrics, and guidelines
- Onboard reviewers, run calibration rounds, and keep raters aligned
- Audit review quality, resolve disagreements, and handle edge cases
